The BPS division provides rechargeable and lithium batteries, and chargers to the military and private industry in the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. It also offers Zinc-Air fuel cells, batteries, and chargers for the military. In addition, The BPS division produces water-activated lifejacket lights for commercial aviation and marine applications. The company was incorporated in 1990 under the name Electric Fuel Corporation and changed its name to Arotech Corporation in 2003. Arotech is headquartered in Auburn, Alabama.
