The company's products are sold worldwide primarily to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) of light vehicles, such as passenger cars, sport-utility vehicles, vans, and light trucks. They are also sold to OEMs of commercial trucks, buses, and agricultural and off-highway vehicles. BorgWarner operates manufacturing facilities serving customers in the Americas, Europe, and Asia, as well as serves as an original equipment supplier to major automotive OEMs in the world.
