In addition, CBL &amp; Associates Properties has five mall expansions, two open-air shopping centers, two community centers, and one community center expansion under construction, as of the above date. CBL &amp; Associates Properties has a joint venture with Richard E Jacobs Group, Inc. to own a mall and two shopping centers in Raleigh, N.C. The company was formed by Charles B.
