It also has various products under development, which include RGH-188 in Phase I clinical trials, an atypical antipsychotic for the treatment of schizophrenia, bipolar mania, and other psychiatric conditions; phase I completed GRC 3886, a novel, orally available Phosphodiesterase-IV inhibitor in development for chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder and asthma; and Desmoteplase, a novel plasminogen activator, or blood clot-dissolving agent. The company markets its products directly and though independent distributors worldwide to physicians, pharmacies, hospitals, managed care, and other healthcare organizations.
