The investment seeks to replicate, net of expenses, the StrataQuant Materials index.
The fund invests at least 90% of assets in common stocks that comprise the index. The index is a modified equal-dollar weighted index selects stocks from the Russell 1000 index that may generate positive alpha relative to traditional passive style indices through the use of the AlphaDEX(TM) screening methodology. It is nondiversified.
