Its IT services include enterprise data management and data warehousing; business intelligence and analytics; design, development, system integration, and package evaluation and implementation; and re-engineering and maintenance; and BPO services, such as contact center services and transaction processing services. The iGate Professional Services segment provides various client-managed and supervised IT staffing services. These service offerings include design, development, and maintenance of custom applications, as well as implementation, integration, and support of enterprise packaged applications, such as ERP and CRM software. In addition, the company, through its subsidiaries, offers recruiting and placement services for outside customers; and contracts with pharmaceutical companies to conduct clinical trials. The company operates in the United States, India, Canada, Europe, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, China, and Australia. The company was founded by Sunil Wadhwani and Ashok Trivedi. iGate was incorporated in 1996. It was formerly known as iGate Capital Corporation and Mastech Corporation. iGate Corporation is headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
