In addition, it owns Binion's Horseshoe Hotel & Casino that consists of a hotel, meeting space, a gift shop, a rooftop lounge with swimming pool, and casino space. The company was incorporated as Secamur Corporation in 1988. It changed its name to Excalibur Security Services, Inc. in 1989; to Excalibur Holding Corporation in 1991; to Winners Entertainment, Inc. in 1993; and to MTR Gaming Group, Inc. in 1996. MTR Gaming Group is based in Chester, West Virginia.
