The Tools and Hardware segment manufactures and distributes hand tools and power tool accessories. The Other segment primarily designs, manufactures, packages, and distributes aluminum and steel cookware and bakeware, and hard anodized aluminum and stainless steel cookware and bakeware for the department/specialty store marketplace. It also manufactures and distributes infant and juvenile products, such as toys, high chairs, car seats, strollers, play yards, and ride-ons. The company is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
