It also offers engineering and design services, cost analysis, supplier selection, quality assurance, bar coding, product packaging and tracking, just-in-time and point-of-use delivery, electronic billing services, and ongoing technical support services through its logistics service centers in the United States, Mexico, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Europe; as well as production sourcing and support centers in Asia. The ILS segment serves heavy-duty truck, electrical controls, automotive, other vehicle, industrial equipment, power sports equipment, lawn and garden, and semiconductor industries. The Aluminum Products segment offers casts and machines aluminum engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and other components for automotive, agricultural equipment, heavy-duty truck, and construction equipment manufacturers. Its products comprise transmission pump housings, intake manifolds, planetary pinion carriers, oil filter adapters, clutch retainers, bearing cups, brackets, oil pans, and flywheel spacers. In addition, this segment provides value-added services, such as design engineering, machining, and part assembly. The Manufactured Products segment designs and manufactures engineered products, including induction heating and melting systems, pipe threading systems, rubber products, and forged and machined products. It primarily serves the steel, coatings, forging, foundry, automotive, and construction equipment industries. The company sells its products primarily in the United States, Mexico, Canada, Europe, Asia, Latin America, and northern Africa. Park-Ohio Holdings was founded in 1961 and is based in Cleveland, Ohio.
