The bank's primary service area includes Montgomery, Chester, Bucks, Delaware, Berks and Philadelphia counties, New Jersey; and the State of Delaware. As of December 31, 2004, the bank operated 20 branches in Montgomery, Philadelphia, and Berks counties; and New Jersey. The company was incorporated in 1963 and is headquartered in Narberth, Pennsylvania.
