The Rechargeable Batteries segment offers lithium polymer and lithium ion rechargeable batteries and battery chargers, and accessories. The Technology Contracts segment engages in various government and military development contracts. Ultralife Batteries sells its products directly, as well as through distributors and retailers. The company was formed in 1990 and is headquartered in Newark, New York.
