Watts Water Technologies was founded by Joseph E. Watts in 1874 as Watts Regulator Co. It changed its name to Watts Industries, Inc. in 1985 and subsequently to Watts Water Technologies, Inc. in 2003. The company is headquartered in North Andover, Massachusetts.
