It holds an options to acquire 100% interest in the Don Sixto gold project covering 613.7 square kilometers located 370 kilometers south of the city of Mendoza, in Mendoza Province in Argentina; the Agua Nueva property covering approximately 170 square kilometers in the Mendoza Province, Argentina; the La Ramada property covering 2.4 square kilometers in the La Rioja Province, Argentina; and the Rosarita South property covering 42.8 square kilometers in the San Juan Province, Argentina.
