ISHARES TRUST FTSE-XINHUA CHINA 25 INDEX FUND (FXI)

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the FTSE/Xinhua China 25 Index. The Index consists of 25 of the largest and most liquid Chinese companies. The fund will generally invest at least 90% of assets in securities of the Index, or in ADRs besed on securities in the Index. The fund may invest the remainder of its assets in securities not included in the Index, but which the fund's manager believes will help the fund track the Index. This fund is nondiversified.


CLAYMORE EXCHANGE-TRADED FUND TRUST (EEB)

The investment seeks results that correspond to the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Bank of New York BRIC Select ADR index. The fund will invest at least 90% of assets in ADRs and GDRs that comprise the index. The index consists of approximately 75 securities. It includes U.S. exchange-listed ADRs and GDRs of companies from Brazil, Russia, India and China.
