TIM HORTONS INC (THI)

Tim Hortons, Inc. operates, develops, and franchises quick-service restaurants in the United States and Canada. It operates standard restaurants, non-standard restaurants, and combination restaurants in the provinces of Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, and Alberta in Canada; and in New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, Michigan, and Ohio in the United States. As of December 31, 2006, the company and its franchisees operated 2,711 restaurants in Canada and 336 restaurants in the United States under the name Tim Hortons'. Tim Hortons was founded in 1964 and is based in Oakville, Canada with regional offices in Lachine, Canada; Brighton, Michigan; Williamsville, New York; and West Greenwich, Rhode Island.
